By accessing UNIQUENESS LABS systems, you agree to abide by these Operational Terms. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or probing of our infrastructure will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
02. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All code, algorithms, and designs ("The Tech") remain the sole property of UNIQUENESS LABS. Licenses granted are non-transferable and revocable. You are acquiring a right to use, not a right to own.
03. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
Our tools are powerful. Use them responsibly. UNIQUENESS LABS is not liable for any damages, data loss, or system instability resulting from the use or misuse of our software. You operate at your own risk.
04. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms or compromises the integrity of the Uniqueness ecosystem.
